CUSTOM BRIDAL IS A 12-WEEK PROCESS

MEET AND MEASURE

We invite you to our West London showroom to meet our expert bridalwear team and get measured.

SELECT FABRIC AND EMBELLISHMENTS

With over 500 silks and lace prototypes to choose from, we are sure you'll find that perfect combination of the two for your dream dress

INSPIRE, SKETCH, DRAW, APPROVE DESIGN

Hand-sketching several styles to let a client approve the one that meets client needs and wants

CREATE CALICO PROTOTYPE

The approved style is brought to life using a single-layered calico fabric to create a toile garment. The toile is made to exact client measurements and without embellishments

FIRST FITTING

IT is recommended you bring along a pair of heels you plan to wear on your big day and the right underwear/bra as it is important for the final fit of the dress. If you haven't bought them yet, a pair of good old heel will work as long as you are happy with the height of your shoes.

CREATE BESPOKE PATTERN

After your first fitting, the calico toile is taken apart, changes are applied to the fit, and a cardboard pattern is created.

CUT, SEW A 'SHELL'

The cardboard helps cut the selected cloth and your cloth pieces are sewn together to create a 'shell' garment. This is a semi-finished gown where minor details are left to check during your second fitting (length, belt, embellishments, etc.)

SECOND FITTING

'Shell' dress fitting to measure the exact length of your dress, decide on your finishing touches and give you another chance to see your dress made from cloth you selected.

HAND-FINISH, FINAL FITTING AND COLLECT

The dress is hand-finished, embellishments attached, lace and beading details sewn on, and you try on your dress for the final time before you collect. It is recommended you collect your wedding dress 7-10 days before the wedding date to avoid consequences of weight fluctuations.
